The TAG Baseball Coaching & Leadership Program is designed to develop confident, knowledgeable, and player-first coaches in the game of baseball — with a strong emphasis on supporting and growing girls’ and women’s baseball.
This program is designed for first- and second-year coaches, along with former players transitioning into coaching. Experienced leaders from girls’ baseball will provide hands-on guidance, structured learning, and real-world insight.
Through a collaborative virtual environment, participants will:
Strengthen their understanding of practice methodology and game management
Learn how to build confidence in female athletes
Develop leadership and communication skills
Navigate challenges unique to coaching girls' in baseball
Create positive, inclusive team cultures
This is more than a coaching clinic — it’s a mentorship program focused on growth, accountability, and long-term impact in the girls’ baseball community.

Who Should Apply
Girls Ages 16+
Current or former players looking to get into coaching
First- or second-year coaches who are looking to expand their knowledge
All program participants must:
Attend all monthly virtual meetings
Communicate monthly with their mentor
Log all coaching hours
BFA Nationals Coaching Scholarships will be awarded to select participants.
