Currently, she serves as Program Director for the Slaterettes Travel Team, overseeing player development, training programs, and team strategy. Her expertise was further recognized when she was selected as a coach for the prestigious Maria Pepe Legacy for two consecutive years, a role that underscores her dedication to preserving and promoting the game's values. In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Cassie is the visionary behind Froyo Girls Baseball Training, a program she founded to provide personalized training and mentorship to aspiring young female baseball players. Her passion for the sport and her commitment to empowering youth make her an invaluable asset to the baseball community.

Cassie's passion for the game is not just evident; it’s downright infectious. Outside of coaching, she remains deeply connected to the game by lacing up her cleats and competing in various tournaments. With over 25 years of experience, she continues to hone her skills and elevate her game. This past summer, her dedication and talent were recognized when she received an invitation to try out for the prestigious Women’s Professional Baseball League, showcasing her commitment not only to her players but also to her own competitive journey.
